Greylisting notice for clients

Cyon's email servers use greylisting as additional spam protection. The first email from an unknown sender is marked as "Deferred" at the sender's server. The sending server will retry delivery, and then the sender is removed from the greylist.

Spammers don't bother (or spend the resources) to retry delivery, but legitimate mail servers do. This means the first email from an unknown sender may be delayed by a few hours. Contacts from the past are also considered unknown by the new server.

Greylisting can be disabled per domain on request.
